First Session

What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is about getting to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and practical matters. Bring any questions you have.

Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

I accept most insurance plans. I also take self-pay.

Cost

How much do sessions cost?

Individual therapy sessions are $X for X minutes or $Y for Y minutes. Initial consultations are $Z. Payment is due at the time of service.

Confidentiality

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy is confidential. What you share is protected by law and ethics. There are limited exceptions for safety concerns or court orders.
